Bring their attention to your eyes in these creamy, long lasting, and water resistant pencil liners. Sharpenable with an easy glide, these pencils can be used on the eye lids, along the lash line, or inside the waterline for a sultry, defined eye look. They are smooth when first applied, but will dry down and stay put.

Tip: Give a good smudge and use OFRA Brush #16 or OFRA Hard Angle Brush #4 for blending.

Line the top and bottom of lashes with a sharpened point. Also may be used in the waterline.
