For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product selection and shipping details.

Product images, colors, labeling, and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing updates, or batch variations and do not constitute defects.

 

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled. Any concerns regarding theft, loss after delivery, or delivery location should be addressed with the carrier.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are unable to reroute or modify orders once placed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may, at our discretion, reship the order at the customer's expense or issue a refund less original shipping charges and any applicable processing costs.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
